Well "The Kremlin" is an idea but that was applied to the old Admin Building so that's out. "David Coombe House" maybe? "Dzerzhinsky Prospekt" has unkind associations with unfunny Russians.
As the FBI Building is the J Edgar Hoover building some old DG will probably get the the guernsey - but thankfully no DG has been as notorious and overstaying as Hoover.
Shape of the building or geographical position may win out - in that vein "Bugs by the Lake" is possible, but also unkind.
how about "THE BARN", that is a place where owls hang out, ASIO is also the latin name of several types of owls, most of them however are not native to OZ, and owls tend to hang around in the dark saying "WHO"
