    Huawei is part of the world wide web (www) internet infrastructure - from servers to sea cables. This means Western governments banning Huawei from their shores has only a limited effect. Parts of every internet upload, download or text message (even between major cities in one Western country) can still be intercepted by Huawei equipment as digital message fragments transit the www.
