Infosecurity - Deputy Prime Minister Wants to Start an Obama-style Debate into GCHQ Surveillance

"Nick Clegg, deputy prime minister and leader of the coalition Liberal Democrat party (who temporarily killed off the Data Communications Bill by saying 'it won't happen') has tried and failed to get prime minister David Cameron to launch a public debate over GCHQ in the UK similar to the public debate fostered by President Obama over the NSA in the US."
